How the AirIQ Referral Program Works
Most of the homeowners we serve in Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, and Fredericksburg found us because a neighbor told them about us. The AirIQ referral program is our way of paying that back. Send us the name and phone number of someone who needs heating or cooling help. We reach out, answer their questions, and take care of them the same way we took care of you. Once their first paid service or installation is complete, your reward is credited to your account automatically. There are no coupon codes to remember and nothing to redeem in person.
There is no limit on how many friends, family members, coworkers, or neighbors you can refer, and referrals stack. One referral earns a $25 service credit. Three earn a free seasonal tune-up. Five earn a full month of your AirIQ service plan at no cost. Credits never expire while your account is active. Use them on diagnostics, repairs, tune-ups, filter deliveries, or the balance on a new system installation.
Three simple steps
- Submit the form above with your information and your friend's name and phone number.
- We contact them during normal dispatch hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm), explain our flat-rate pricing, and schedule at their convenience — there is no pressure and no obligation.
- You get rewarded once their first paid job is complete. We email you a confirmation with your credit balance.
What your friend gets out of it
Your referral is not a sales list — it is an introduction to a VA Class A licensed, EPA 608 certified contractor. Everyone we visit gets a flat diagnostic fee quoted before we drive out. They also get a written report on what we found, photos of any failed component, and repair or replacement options in writing before any work begins. Need only a second opinion on another company's quote? We review the equipment, scope, warranty, and price at no charge.
Program details
